The Process

Inquery
You can reach out to me here. Tell me about your event and yourself! Typically, within one day, I will let you know my availability for your date and go over the package details with you.

Let's Meet + Contract
Let's meet! This could be over coffee, a phone call, or a video chat. I will have a proposal regarding your video needs. This includes the package you want, a contract, and an invoice for a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Signing this contract and paying the deposit officially books me. This holds your date!

Schedule
Before your special day, we’ll exchange a few emails as I check in and see how wedding planning is going. I will also send a google form to be filled out a month before your event that will go over details for your special day. If I can answer any questions during this time, reach out to me.

Wedding Day
Your special day is finally here! My wife and I show up at your wedding and you get married. Throughout the day, we will laugh and make memories with you both as you celebrate your marriage. All the while, we’ll focus on capturing the precious memories and details of your day!

Music Selection
Newlyweds! Once you get back from your honeymoon, you will get an email with a few music choices for your video. You will let me know what music you love or don't love so that I can compose your video and get it to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery
In the 9 weeks following your wedding, I’ll be meticulously editing your video. When the video is completed, I will send you a link to your video where you can download it. Once downloaded, you can relive your magical day!

Hi, we're Kyle and Liz, a videography team based in Meadville, PA. Our passion lies in capturing real love stories through cinematic storytelling, both locally and beyond. We're dedicated to showcasing these stories in the most genuine and natural way possible. No scripted moments, no staged scenes – just authentic, joyful, and emotive footage that tells your unique love story.
To us, videography is more than just recording moments; it's about creating films that bring your wedding day back to life when you watch them. We're here to preserve your legacy, providing you with videos that will never go out of style because trends may fade, but timeless memories last forever. Our goal is to craft films that evoke emotions and let you relive the small, heartfelt moments that composed the most significant day of your lives.
When we are not videographing or editing, you can usually find Kyle doing house renovations to our 1860s farmhouse. Kyle also has a full-time job, and that keeps him pretty busy along with making time for his family.

Liz handles all the details of your booking and is my staple. She loves being a stay-at-home mom, who not only cares for our kids, but raises Mini Goldendoodles in our home and manages an Airbnb.
We strike a perfect balance between being laid-back and fun while also being assertive and ready to provide guidance when necessary.
Getting to work together is a blessing we do not take for granted!

What is your style?
Wedding videos capture your love story in a new way. Our style is best described as documentary. I won’t be doing a lot of posing, other than a few pretty posey shots. I focus on capturing the raw, authentic moments of your day.  This way, you can relive your day in such a way that you can step back in time when watching your video.
Can I get my entire wedding ceremony recorded?
Absolutely! We have several cameras and the sound equipment necessary to capture your ceremony. The charge for adding a 3 angle edited ceremony recording is $500.
What if I don't see the video package I want?
Reach out! We can talk over what you are looking for and see what we can do to meet your needs. I love working with my clients to better help them.
Do you have a second shooter?
Yes! My wife, Liz, second shoots. Liz has an eye for special details and moments. She loves working with our brides to help better capture any tiny detail.
Do I receive the RAW footage?
No. We do not release the raw unedited video files for purchase. We carefully go through all the clips and select only the best for your viewing. Not all of the video files are even viewable. You will only receive the best of the best from your wedding day.
Will you travel?
We love to travel! An additional cost will be added to cover travel expenses. Events within 40 miles of Meadville, PA have no extra charge.
